CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that life happens and emergencies do occur. However, we also hope you understand our commitment to all of our students and the preparation that goes into creating a successful class. For this reason, we ask that if you are unable to attend a class, you must notify us 72 hours in advance of the scheduled class time to receive a refund or credit towards another class. Within 72 hours of a class, all cancellations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a scheduled class, we encourage you to send someone in your place. In this case, please call ahead and notify us of the participant change.
If for any reason Lowe’s Greenhouse needs to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be notified 24 hours prior to the class and given the option of attending the rescheduled class, credit for another class, or a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to instructor illness or insufficient enrollment. If we cancel a class due to inclement weather, we will notify you as soon as that decision is made and fully refund your registration; but if we hold a class, there will be no refunds due to the weather.
