1. Jeff, Mary Lynn and all of the rest of the Lowe’s Greenhouse team will remain and continue to serve you as they always have. Whether they are landscapers in your yard, cashiers to greet you, salespeople, florists or office staff, all are still with us.
2. We remain committed to the community and will continue to support in all the ways we have in the past.
3. Your gift cards will remain valid with all balances unchanged.The refund/return policy will remain the same and will be honored on all purchases as necessary.
4. Any existing plant warranties will be honored as necessary.We will continue to offer all products and services we currently offer, PLUS:
- Tree/stump removal
- Retaining walls & decorative stonework
- Expanded landscaping & snow removal services
- Expanded patio installation services
- In-store and floral house charges for individuals will be coming to an end.
5. Only organizations such as companies and churches may charge on account moving forward. Of course, landscape services will be billed as always.More FAQs
