If the item is returned within 10 days, in the same condition in which it left the store, we will refund the customer’s money or issue a store credit. (Cash given back if cash was how it was bought, credit card credited if that’s how it was bought or if they wrote a check one will be mailed out.) Proof of Purchase must be established.

Store credits are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
Clearance items (anything sold at a discount of 50% or more) is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any Wild Thistle gifts without a holiday theme bought for the holidays after October 15 can be returned for store credit before January 6.
Holiday themed merchandise must be returned within 10 days or purchase and before the holiday.
NO RETURNS BEYOND 10 days – except in the case of plant warranties and holiday exceptions listed above.
